Return and Refund Policy

At 
ARDOVELLNESS, we are committed to delivering high-quality health and wellness products. Because our products are consumable, safety-sensitive, and regulated under hygiene standards, we follow a strict No Return Policy.

However, in rare cases where there is a genuine issue, we do offer support (details below).


 

1. No Returns on Health & Wellness Products

Due to product safety, hygiene concerns, and regulatory guidelines, we do not accept returns for:

Opened products
Used products
Products damaged due to customer handling
Products ordered by mistake
Customer preference changes after delivery

This applies to both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.


 

2. Return Allowed Only in These Cases

We only accept returns in the following exceptional cases:

A. Wrong Product Received

If you received a product different from what you ordered.

B. Damaged Product Received

If the item is physically damaged at the time of delivery.

In these cases, you must provide:

Clear product images,
Outer box images,
Unboxing video (mandatory for validation).

You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
